To order a Song Francisco original song, take the following steps:
1 - Choose which song package you'd like to purchase from our shop and place your order.
2 - Fill out our Song Starter Survey.
3 - Await confirmation email.
**Keep in mind, it takes two weeks from day of purchase for your song to be written and recorded.

What sort of occasions do you write songs about?
Birthdays, graduations, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, personal milestones, you name it! At Song Francisco we believe any and all celebrations can be augmented by music.
How long does it take to get a Song Francisco original song?
Though our production rate is ultimately dictated by the current volume of song orders, we require 2 weeks to write, record and deliver your song. This time period begins after receipt of purchase.
What if I don’t know what kind of song I want?
Worry not, we’re here to help! Fill out the survey to the best of your ability and if you have questions, concerns or special requests, please email us and we'll work together to craft what you want.
What if I need to cancel my order after I’ve made a payment?
Song Francisco will refund you 100% if you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. We will refund 50% if you cancel your order within a week (7 days) of purchase. To cancel an order email ileftmyheartinsongfrancisco.@gmail.com.
What do I get when I order a Song Francisco song?
All Song Francisco song packages include an original song (based on your survey response) and handwritten lyric/chord sheet. Other packages include special features like videos or live performances. You can explore the options on our Song Packages page.
What do you need from me?
Please visit our Song Francisco Song Starter page and complete the provided survey. Once we receive your survey along with your payment, you will receive a confirmation e mail from us. If we feel that the survey provided does not give enough information, we will contact you.
Can I edit my survey response after I place an order?
Similar to our cancellation policy, we allow a 24 hour grace period to make adjustments to your order. Please do not request to change your song after the songwriting process has begun.
Can I hear a song example?

Who is writing the songs?
Kendra McKinley and Kelly McFarling are the creators behind Song Francisco. Both are active performing musicians with full catalogues of recorded music. Check out their music!
Who owns the song?
Song Francisco retains the rights to all songs written through Song Francisco. Customers retain a personal use license in perpetuity, meaning that as long as you are not making money off the song, you can share with whomever you like. We hope that you will play and share the song with friends and family!
Can I share the song?
As long as you are not making money off the song, you are welcome to share it with friends, family, on social media, etc. We hope you will share it, sing it, and spread it to those you love.
